Tex's fight with the Meta
In the Red vs. Blue Season 8 episode "Reunion", Tex finds herself in a 2v1 fight against both Agent Washington and the Meta. Tex, or Agent Texas, is seeking to hunt down her creator, the Director, and has laid traps in an abandoned arctic Freelancer base. However, her plan backfires when she accidentally injures Epsilon-Church, activating his recovery beacon, which brings Agent Washington and the Meta to the scene.

Carolina's intervention
Carolina is a main character in Red vs. Blue and a rogue agent in the Special Operations program Project Freelancer. She was born to Leonard and Allison Church during the height of the Great War. Carolina's mother, a soldier in the UNSC, was killed in battle when Carolina was six years old. Her father was left devastated by the loss.
Carolina's ambition has sometimes led her astray. In Party Crasher, she was so determined to capture Texas that she refused to leave with York, resulting in her never seeing him again. Her drive to defeat Tex in a battle with the Tex Drones also pushed her to the extreme, and she would have died if not for the intervention of the Reds and Blues. Carolina's jealousy of Tex also conflicted with her relationships with her friends.
Carolina's relationships with the Reds and Blues are strained at first, but they eventually come to her rescue in True Colors, and she begins to warm up to them.
